1900 Torpitt Road, Severn Bridge

2km Loop

  • Park by the sign posted on Torpitt Road just a bit past @bayviewwildwood or - even better - stay at the resort and walk over from there! This is their trail, but they are ok with us sharing it with you if you’d like to check it out.

  • This is a great little mixed-use trail that has awesome views of a big beaver pond and wetland

  • Lots of granite and hardwood throughout so you know you’re in Muskoka

  • Very clear trail that would be easy with kids (though not a stroller). There is a shortcut down the middle of the loop if your crew needs to call it early.

  • Check out this blog for some cool local history about Old Joe from our favourite Muskoka historian Susan Pryke

If you want to track your #trailgoals, grab one of our Muskoka Trail Pin-Maps to check off the trails as you complete them!
