5140 Ontario Highway 11, Bracebridge

22KM Trail System

  • There are two parking areas - one right off the highway and further into the forest

  • You’ve got options to mix it up with walking, biking and skiing trails that are smooth and wide or narrow and rough, but either way we recommend trying to hit some of Trail 2 so you can check out the Muskoka River flow

  • MORCA has done a boss job of creating and maintaining the mountain bike trails here, so if you ride them, consider dropping a cash donation in the box or grabbing a membership (it has solid perks). There is also a range of bike trails, with some that are pretty technical. You can find very up-to-date trail conditions posted in detail on their website.

  • The forest is pretty cool, since it’s a re-naturalized space. Signage is posted on some trails to tell the history of this “working forest” and the red pine that is now established here

If you want to track your #trailgoals, grab one of our Muskoka Trail Pin-Maps to check off the trails as you complete them!
