Chamberlain Trail
1390 Muskoka Road NOrth, Gravenhurst
2km In & Back (4km return)
Park on Chamberlain Road (there are some spaces against the fence just up the road from this trailhead) or Brydon’s Bay Road
Tons of local love for this trail - this is the main section, but extensions have been created on the west side of the Timber-Mart property and through subdivisions to make it a 4km loop if you are up for leaving the forest too. Watch for signs to avoid accidentally trespassing
This is an established forest where the tall trees create a happy vibe all year round.
Look for geocaches - some of the most creative ones in Muskoka are along this trail!
Spring thaws reveal lovely ponds for frogs to grow and splunk in. Some dry up a bit by the end of summer, but they come back again each year.
