1.5KM Loop

  • Park at the stone house on Nichols Road (or at the end of the paved portion of Nichols Road in winter)

  • A forest and wetland loop with clearly marked trail maintained by the amazing Muskoka Conservancy

  • Lots of educational signs posted throughout and a few benches with lovely views along the beaver pond section

  • The pond has a beaver lodge that has been there for over 50 years, plus awesome bird viewing

  • The stone house and foundations of various buildings make for fun stops & photos along the way
